FREE DELIVERy

Your order will qualify for free delivery if the total amount is over £500.

For furniture orders up to £100 – Delivery cost: £37.50

For furniture orders £100.01-£250 – Delivery cost: £49.99

For furniture orders £250.01-£499.99 – Delivery cost: £69.99

For furniture order £500+ – Free National Delivery

All our deliveries above include our ‘White Glove’ service. This includes home delivery, taken to the room of your choice, full assembly, furniture inspection and removal of all packaging.

ABOUT OUR DELIVERIES

We’ll pick the best delivery service for you based on the size and contents of your order.

Important: if you choose to cancel your delivery after it has left our distribution centre, you may have to pay an additional fee to cover the cost of returning it to us.

CANCELLATIONS AND RE-DELIVERY

If you need to cancel your order, remove or add items before delivery or are unable to receive the delivery please ensure you contact us at least 4 working days before your delivery date.

We may still be able to add to your order after this point, but please contact our Customer Services Team on 01572 722052 to discuss your requirements.

Please make sure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date.

Assembly Services can only be cancelled with at least 72hours notice prior to the assembly taking place as the assembly team will have been booked and reserved specifically for you.

Additionally, if you are not at the property when we arrive to deliver your furniture and you miss the delivery, you will incur a missed delivery charge of £49.
